In-app purchases for Premium subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google. Their privacy policies govern payment processing.

Section 06

Advertising & Analytics

6.1 Advertising (Free Users)

Free tier users may see banner and interstitial advertisements served by Google AdMob. Before displaying personalized ads, we request your consent through a standard consent dialog as required by:

  • GDPR (European Economic Area and UK users)
  • CCPA (California users)
  • Other applicable regional privacy laws

If you decline personalized ads, you may still see non-personalized ads. Premium subscribers see no advertisements of any kind.

6.3 Advertising Identifier

On iOS, we request access to the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) only with your explicit permission (required under Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework). On Android, we access the Google Advertising ID (GAID) in accordance with Google's policies. You can reset or limit this identifier in your device settings.

Section 07

Data Storage & Security

7.1 On-Device Storage

Your creative projects, media files, brand kit settings, and app preferences are stored locally on your device. This data is protected by your device's built-in security (encryption, secure enclave, etc.).

7.2 Cloud Storage (Signed-In Users)

If you are signed in, your account information (name, email, plan) is stored securely in Firebase, hosted on Google Cloud servers in the United States and other locations with appropriate data protection agreements in place.

7.3 Security Measures

  • All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher
  • Firebase data is encrypted at rest using AES-256
  • We implement the principle of least privilege โ€” staff access only what is necessary
  • We conduct regular security reviews
  • We do not store passwords โ€” authentication is delegated to Google and Apple

No security system is perfect. While we implement industry-standard protections, we cannot guarantee absolute security. We will notify you of any data breaches affecting your personal information as required by law.
