Delete your account
& data in Status Studio

Two ways to delete: do it yourself from inside the app (fastest) or send us a deletion request and we'll handle it within 30 days. We comply with Google Play's data-deletion requirements and Apple's App Privacy framework — every request is honoured.

Delete from inside the app
(fastest path)

Triggers immediate deletion. Account is removed from our servers within 24 hours. Backups are purged within 30 days.

Open Status Studio

Launch the app.

Tap the Account icon

Top-right on Home — or open Settings, then Account.

Tap "Delete Account"

Or "Delete Data" if you didn't create an account. Confirm.

Done

Drafts, templates and account record are erased. Premium purchase records persist on Apple/Google.

Important references

  • CreedStack Motions Limited reviews and processes every deletion request. Confirmation email sent once complete.
  • Some store-side records (subscription billing, refunds, IAP purchase history) live with Apple or Google — manage them in your Apple ID or Google Play account.
  • Local files already exported to your phone, shared elsewhere, or saved outside Status Studio are not affected by this process.
  • For synced or cloud-linked features, our deletion may involve removing both CreedStack Motions Limited records and provider-side records (Firebase Auth, etc.).
