Data Deletion Request

Delete your data in StatusStudio

StatusStudio is built to work without accounts for most features. If you want to remove app data or delete an account (if you created one), you can do it inside the app. If you’re not satisfied, you can request deletion by email and we handle requests 24/7.

Option A — Delete from inside the app (recommended)

Open StatusStudio.

Tap the Account icon (top-right on Home, or inside Settings).

Go to AccountDelete Account (or Delete Data).

Confirm the deletion and follow the on-screen steps.
Typical result: account removed
Typical result: local data cleared

Option B — Request deletion by email (24/7)

If you can’t delete from inside the app or you need help, email us and we will process your request.

For faster handling, include the email/identifier you used in the app (if any) and your platform (iOS/Android).

What we delete

Depending on what applies to you, we can delete your account record (if you created one) and any associated app data we control. Content stored on your device (projects/media) can also be removed by deleting the app or clearing app storage in your device settings.

Note: Some payment records (if you purchased Premium) may need to be retained for legal/tax compliance, but we can still delete account/profile data where applicable.
