01Acceptance
By accessing or using creedmotions.store or any service we provide directly (support email, partnership programmes, press kit, free web tools, Universal Downloader), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
These Terms are between you and CreedStack Motions Limited ("CreedStack Motions", "we", "us", "our"), a company headquartered in New York, USA.
02Access & eligibility
The website is offered free of charge. You don't need an account. You're responsible for any device, network or data charges incurred by using it.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the website. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm a parent or guardian has reviewed these Terms with you.
03Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, mirror or systematically harvest content beyond standard browser/crawler use.
- Probe, scan or test for vulnerabilities without prior written authorisation.
- Send unsolicited bulk email or impersonate CreedStack Motions or any of our staff.
- Submit malicious code through any form, link or email channel we expose.
- Use our free web tools (Universal Downloader, etc.) to download, redistribute or commercialise content you don't have rights to.
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to circumvent rate limits, ad-fill mechanisms or quota systems.
- Violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
04Intellectual property
The studio website, logos, branding, artwork, copy, screenshots, illustrations, mascot designs, animations, fonts in our possession, marketing graphics and downloadable press-kit assets are owned by or licensed to CreedStack Motions Limited.
You may:
- View and use the press kit at creedmotions.store/press/ for journalism, reviews and editorial coverage of our apps and studio. Attribution is appreciated but not required.
- Embed product screenshots in articles, videos and social posts that reference our apps.
- Link to any public page on the site without prior permission.
You may not:
- Use our logos or trademarks in a way that suggests endorsement or partnership without our prior written consent.
- Resell, sublicense or repackage our content as a paid product.
- Train AI models on our textual or visual content without permission.
05Submissions to us
If you send us feedback, screenshots, sample content, gift-card request details, partnership pitches, press inquiries, bug reports, ideas or other materials by email or via a website form, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use that material for the purpose of responding to your request and improving our products.
This does not include personal data — that's governed by our Privacy Policy separately.
If you don't want a feature suggestion to be incorporated into our roadmap, mark it as confidential when you send it.
06Third-party links & services
Pages on creedmotions.store link to third-party sites and services — Apple App Store, Google Play, Mac App Store, GitHub, social media, YouTube, our backend processors and ad networks. We are not responsible for the content, terms, accuracy or availability of those external services.
Our free web tools may surface third-party content (e.g. media URLs from social platforms). The third party's own terms apply to the content itself.
07Disclaimers
The website, free tools and any other CreedStack Motions service are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and any warranty arising from course of dealing.
We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of malware, available in your region, or compatible with all devices and browsers.
08Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreedStack Motions Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages — including without limitation loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other intangible losses — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the website or its services.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability arising out of these Terms (across the website, free tools and any direct services) is limited to the greater of: (a) the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) USD $50.
Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations. In those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law.
09Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless CreedStack Motions Limited and its directors, officers, employees and agents from any claim, loss, damage, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the website or services; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including IP rights; or (d) your misuse of our free tools to download content you don't have rights to.
10Termination
These Terms apply for as long as you use the website. We may suspend or terminate your access — including blocking your IP, blocking your email, removing your account in any partner programme — without notice if you breach these Terms, abuse the service, or where required by law.
11Per-app terms
Each app you install from a store has its own end-user licence agreement that supersedes these Terms for that app's behaviour. The studio Terms above govern only the website and direct services, not the apps you install on your devices.
12Disputes & informal resolution
Email first. If something goes wrong, contact us at info.creedmotions@gmail.com and describe the problem. We'll acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to resolve within 30 days. Most issues never need a formal step.
If we cannot resolve a dispute informally within 60 days, the dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), with the seat of arbitration in New York, NY. Each party bears its own legal fees unless the arbitrator decides otherwise.
Class action waiver. You and CreedStack Motions agree that disputes will be brought in an individual capacity, not as a class, consolidated or representative action.
EU/UK consumers retain the right to bring claims in the courts of their country of residence. Mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction are not affected.
13Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. To the extent permitted by law, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of New York County, NY. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are not affected by this clause.
14Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will update the "Effective" date at the top of this page, and we will post a notice in the website footer for at least 30 days after a substantive change. Your continued use of the site after the new effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
