Are CreedStack apps really free?
Yes. Every core feature in every app is free, supported by AdMob ads. Pro tiers (where available) remove ads, raise concurrent download limits, or unlock convenience features — but the basics are always free.
Which countries support CreedStack apps?
Our apps are available worldwide on Google Play and (where applicable) Apple App Store. We have users in 70+ countries with the largest user bases in East Africa, South Asia, Latin America and Southeast Asia.
Do CreedStack apps work offline?
Different apps work differently. Guess Word plays fully offline. Status Downloader scans local WhatsApp cache offline (you only need internet to share to others or load ads). Status Studio needs internet for cloud templates but you can edit locally. Unisaver and Webaura need internet for their core fetching but work offline for already-saved content.
Are CreedStack apps safe?
All apps go through Google Play and Apple App Store review processes. We use Firebase Crashlytics for stability, no malicious code, and our privacy policies disclose every third-party processor used (Firebase, Google Mobile Ads, etc.). See each app's privacy policy for full details.
How do I update an app?
On Android: open Google Play → tap your profile → Manage apps → tap the app → Update. On iOS: open App Store → tap your profile → scroll down to Available Updates → tap Update next to the app. Or enable auto-update in your store settings.
Why doesn't Unisaver download YouTube?
Per Google Play policy, third-party apps may not download YouTube content directly. We comply with this rule. For YouTube content, please use YouTube Premium's official offline mode.
Will downloads have watermarks?
No. TikTok, Instagram and other supported sites are downloaded without their service watermarks. The video appears as the original creator captured it.
Where do my downloads go on Android?
By default into your Photos / Gallery app under a Unisaver folder. Status Downloader saves to the gallery as well. You can change the destination in each app's Settings → Storage.
Can I download in 4K?
Yes — where the source provides it. TikTok and Instagram typically max at 1080p. Vimeo and some others go to 4K. The format selector in Unisaver and Universal Downloader shows what's available for each link.
Why are some statuses missing in Status Downloader?
Statuses must be viewed in WhatsApp first — that's when WhatsApp downloads them to your phone's local storage. After that they appear in Status Downloader. If they still don't appear on Android 13 or 14, update to v3.4.1 which fixes scoped-storage issues.
Do I need an account?
Most apps work without one. Webaura supports both anonymous identity (no signup) and optional Google sign-in for cross-device sync. Status Studio, Unisaver and others can save drafts and entitlements locally.
How do I delete my account?
Each app has a dedicated data-deletion page. Try Unisaver, Status Studio, Status Downloader, Guess Word or Webaura. Two paths each: in-app self-service or email request.
Do you sell my data?
No. We do not sell personal data. We use third-party processors (Firebase, Google Mobile Ads, Apple/Google Stores, Koyeb for Webaura) for specific functions. Each app's privacy policy lists who processes what and why.
How long do you keep my data?
Different categories have different retentions. On-device data persists until you clear it. Cloud-linked data is removed when you delete your account. Purchase records are retained for legal/tax compliance per Apple/Google rules. See each app's privacy policy for full retention details.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by us. iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → tap the subscription → Cancel. Android: Open Google Play → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → tap the subscription → Cancel.
How do refunds work?
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google directly. iOS: reportaproblem.apple.com. Android: Open Google Play, find the order in Order history, tap Request refund. We can't issue refunds directly because we never receive your card details.
Why am I seeing ads?
Free tiers are funded by AdMob ads — that's how we keep the apps free. Ads are shown between actions, never during downloads or active gameplay. Pro tiers remove ads in apps that have them.
What are Aura Points (Webaura)?
An in-app reward system in Webaura. Earn points via rewarded ads, spend on premium features. Lets you access Pro features without a subscription. Read more in the app guide.
What Android version do I need?
Most apps support Android 5.0+ (Lollipop). Webaura requires Android 8.0+ (Oreo) due to advanced rendering features. Status Studio recommends Android 6.0+ for best performance.
Why is the app crashing?
Try (1) update to the latest version via Play Store, (2) clear app cache in phone Settings → Apps, (3) reboot. If it persists, email support with your device model, Android version and exact app version — Crashlytics catches most crashes but a quick email speeds things up.
App is slow on my old phone — what can I do?
All our apps are optimised for low-end Android. If yours feels slow: clear cache, free up storage (under 500 MB free can slow any phone), close other apps, and ensure you're on the latest version which often includes performance fixes.
Can I use the Universal Downloader on iPhone?
Yes — it runs in any modern browser including Safari on iOS and Chrome on Android. No app install required. For batch downloads or background saves, install the Unisaver mobile app instead.
My language isn't supported — can you add it?
We always want more languages. Email support with your language code and offer to help review translations. We've added languages from community requests before.
