Two ways to delete: do it yourself from inside the app (fastest) or send us a deletion request and we'll handle it within 30 days. We comply with Google Play's data-deletion requirements and Apple's App Privacy framework — every request is honoured.
Option A · 01
Triggers immediate deletion. Account is removed from our servers within 24 hours. Backups are purged within 30 days.
Launch the app on iPhone or Android.
Tap the menu, then Settings.
Wipes download history, vault contents (if you confirm), preferences and link store.
Uninstalling the app removes any app-managed data. Files in your phone gallery remain unless you remove them in Photos.

We list everything below to keep things honest. Some items can't be deleted (legal retention) — we list those too.
