01Scope
This policy explains how CreedStack Motions Limited ("CreedStack Motions", "we", "us", "our") handles personal data in three contexts:
- Visitors browsing the studio website at creedmotions.store and its sub-pages (about, contact, services, support, press, web tools).
- People who email or message us — support questions, partnership pitches, press inquiries, gift-card or bulk-code requests.
- Anyone receiving a CreedStack newsletter, RSS feed or product announcement.
This policy does not cover data handling inside our individual apps. Each app — Web Aura, Unisaver, Status Studio, Status Downloader, Guess Word — has its own privacy policy with feature-by-feature detail. Links in section 9.
02Data we collect
What we collect depends on what you do on the website. The categories are:
- Server access logs — IP address, user-agent string, page requested, timestamp, referrer. Standard web-server stuff. Held by our host (Vercel) for around 30 days for abuse prevention and uptime monitoring.
- Anonymised traffic analytics — Google Analytics 4 (or equivalent) collects aggregated metrics about which pages are popular, where visits originate (country level), what browsers are used. We do not link this to your name or email.
- AdSense advertising data — Google AdSense and its partners may use cookies and device identifiers to serve ads. AdSense's own privacy policy controls this; policies.google.com/technologies/ads explains how to opt out.
- Email content you send us — when you email info.creedmotions@gmail.com (support, press, partnership, gift card, etc.), we receive your name, email address and the body of your message. Stored in our Gmail inbox.
- Form submissions — if you use a `mailto:` template form on the site (gift card request, influencer bulk codes, press request), the contents are sent as a regular email to the same inbox.
- Bing/Yandex Webmaster verification data — these search engines see referrer and crawl data via the verification files we host. No personal data of yours is involved.
- Search Console verification — Google Search Console sees indexed pages and aggregated search queries. No personal data of website visitors is exposed to us through this channel.
We do not collect or store: payment card numbers, government IDs, biometric data, health data, precise GPS location, contacts list, social-media credentials, or anything that requires you to sign in (because the website has no sign-in).
03How we use data
- To operate the studio website — serving pages, fixing broken links, debugging crashes.
- To answer support, press, partnership and creator-program emails you send us.
- To improve our app pages by understanding which features and which apps people read about most.
- To run advertising on relevant sub-pages (managed by Google AdSense, with our targeting limited to standard contextual rules).
- To detect and prevent abuse — DDoS, spam, scraping, repeated form abuse.
- To comply with applicable law and to respond to lawful requests from authorities.
We do not use your data to: train AI models, profile you for political targeting, build a marketing list to sell, or share with data brokers.
06Advertising
Most pages on creedmotions.store carry Google AdSense ads. AdSense matches ads contextually based on the page topic and (when allowed) on your interest profile.
- We do not directly hand AdSense your name, email or any personal identifier from our records.
- AdSense's own ad personalisation can be reviewed and disabled at adssettings.google.com.
- We follow the EU User Consent Policy for visitors from the EEA, UK and Switzerland — a consent prompt appears before personalised ads load there.
- Children-directed sub-pages are not served personalised ads.
07Retention
- Server access logs — kept by Vercel for ~30 days then auto-purged.
- Analytics data — retained for 14 months in Google Analytics 4, then auto-deleted.
- Email correspondence — kept until the request is resolved + 12 months for follow-up reference, then archived or deleted.
- Press / partnership / creator records — retained while the relationship is active + 24 months.
- Newsletter subscribers — retained until you unsubscribe.
- Anything covered by legal hold — retained as required.
08Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Request deletion ("right to be forgotten").
- Object to or restrict processing.
- Receive a copy in a portable format.
- Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
- Opt out of "sale" or "sharing" — though we don't sell or share for advertising in the CCPA-defined sense.
To exercise any right, email info.creedmotions@gmail.com. We aim to confirm receipt within 48 hours and resolve within 30 days.
09Per-app privacy policies
Each app has its own privacy policy with feature-by-feature detail. This studio policy does not replace them — it complements them for the website and email side of things.
10Children
The studio website is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 through this site. App-specific child-safety practices are in each app's own privacy policy. If you believe a child has provided personal data through any CreedStack Motions service, please contact us so we can remove it.
11International data transfers
CreedStack Motions Limited is headquartered in the United States with a London office and a distributed engineering team. Data we process flows through US-based providers (Vercel, Google, Microsoft) and may be transferred between regions. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or equivalent mechanisms with our processors.
12Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will update the "Effective" date at the top, and we'll post a notice on the site footer for at least 30 days after a substantive change. Your continued use of the site after the new effective date means you accept the updated policy.
