What the app stores, and where
- Optimized exports — the files you create, saved in the app's working area (and, only if you chose to, in your photo library).
- Recent-exports list — an optional, local-only history that auto-expires after 14 days.
- Temporary files — created during processing and cleaned up automatically, including when you cancel.
All of the above stays on your device. None of it is ever sent to us. Your original photos and videos are never modified.
Clear it yourself (fastest)
- Clear history in the app. Open Upload HD Status → Settings → Clear data / history. This removes the recent-exports list and app-managed working files. You can also turn history off entirely.
- Remove saved exports. Any files you chose to save into Photos or Files are ordinary files — delete them from Photos/Files like any other.
- Uninstall to remove everything. Deleting the app removes all of its locally stored data, including any history and working files.
Prefer to send a request?
You can still email a formal deletion request to info.creedmotions@gmail.com with the subject "Upload HD Status data deletion request". Because we hold no personal data about you on our systems, there is nothing for us to erase on our end — but we will confirm this to you within 30 days. We comply with Apple's App Privacy and Google Play's Data safety requirements, and applicable data-protection laws.
