Delete your account
& data in Webaura

Two ways to delete: do it yourself from inside the app (fastest) or send us a deletion request and we'll handle it within 30 days. We comply with Google Play's data-deletion requirements and Apple's App Privacy framework — every request is honoured.

Delete from inside the app
(fastest path)

Triggers immediate deletion. Account is removed from our servers within 24 hours. Backups are purged within 30 days.

Open Webaura

Launch the app on your iPhone or Android device.

Tap your profile icon

It's in the top-right corner — your nickname/emoji avatar.

Open Privacy & Security

Inside the account screen, tap Privacy & Security.

Tap "Delete Account"

Confirm with biometric or PIN. Anonymous identity, sync data and Aura Points are removed.

Wipe everything from iPhone

When the iOS browser-account page shows a Delete All Data action, you can use it to fully reset the anonymous browser account and clear local shared preferences for that install.

Settings → Account

On iPhone, the browser-account page lives inside Settings. Open it.

Tap "Delete All Data"

This nuclear option clears the anonymous browser identity and shared preferences.

Confirm

iOS confirmation dialog appears. Tap to finalise. Your data is wiped from this device.

We list everything below to keep things honest. Some items can't be deleted (legal retention) — we list those too.

Retained (and why)

Use this if you've already uninstalled, can't access the app, want to remove server-linked data, or need help. Form below builds the email for you — just review and send.

Important references

  • CreedStack Motions Limited reviews and processes every deletion request. Confirmation email sent once complete.
  • Some store-side records (subscription billing, refunds, IAP purchase history) live with Apple or Google — manage them in your Apple ID or Google Play account.
  • Local files already exported to your phone, shared elsewhere, or saved outside Webaura are not affected by this process.
  • For synced or cloud-linked features, our deletion may involve removing both CreedStack Motions Limited records and provider-side records (Firebase Auth, etc.).
