By downloading, installing, or using Status Studio (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
License
CreedStack Motions Limited grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use the App on devices that you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; (b) use the App to download or share copyrighted material without permission; (c) use the App for any illegal purpose; (d) interfere with the App's normal operation. Downloads obtained through the App are your responsibility — please respect copyright laws and platform terms of service.
Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. CreedStack Motions Limited does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all devices.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreedStack Motions Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the App.
Third-party content
The App may interact with third-party services (e.g., Google AdMob, social platforms). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those services.
Changes to the App
We may update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time. We are not obligated to support older versions.
Termination
These terms remain in effect until terminated. You may stop using the App at any time. We may terminate your access if you violate these terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
